چکیده
Hydrangea (Hydrangea macrophylla) is an important ornamental crop that has been cultivated for more than 300 years. Despite the economic importance, genetic studies hydrangea have limited by lack of resources. Genetic linkage maps and subsequent trait mapping are essential tools to identify make markers available marker-assisted breeding. A transcriptomic study was performed on two cultivars, Veitchii Endless Summer, discover simple sequence repeat (SSR) F1 population based cross ‘Veitchii’ × ‘Endless Summer’ established map construction. Genotyping sequencing (GBS) along with SSR genotyping. From analysis 42,682 putative transcripts, 8780 SSRs were identified 1535 validated in parents. total 267 polymorphic selected The GBS yielded 3923 high quality single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) population, resulting a 4190 used generate each parent consensus map. contained 1767 positioned (146 1621 SNPs), spanned 1383.4 centiMorgans (cM), comprised 18 groups, average interval 0.8 cM. transcriptome information large-scale marker development this greatly expanded resources hydrangea. high-density presented here will serve as foundation quantitative loci mapping, map-based gene cloning, selection H. macrophylla.

Two new cyanogenic glucosides from the leaves of Hydrangea macrophylla.
Chemical investigation of the ethanol extract of the aerial parts of Hydrangea macrophylla collected in the Sichuan Province of China resulted in the isolation of two new cyanogenic glucosides. Their structures were elucidated as [(2R)-2-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-2-(3,4-dimethoxy-phenyl)] acetonitrile (1) and {(2R)-2-[α-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->6)β-D-glucopyranosyloxy]-2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-phenyl)}a...
متن کاملIdentification of aluminum species in an aluminum-accumulating plant, hydrangea (Hydrangea macrophylla), by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry.
The use of electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) in negative ion mode was investigated as a direct probe for identifying Al species in Al-accumulating hydrangea (Hydrangea macrophylla) samples. Cell sap solutions of hydrangea leaves were purified using Sephadex G-10 liquid chromatography and each fraction was analyzed using ESI-MS and ESI-MS/MS to identify Al species. In hydrangea ...

To determine the optimal conditions for mutagenesis of Hydrangea macrophylla (Thunb.) Ser. and Hydrangea paniculata Siebold, cold-treated and untreated seed from representative cultivars were exposed to 0.5%, 2.5%, and 5.0% ethyl methane sulfonate (EMS). Most untreated H. macrophylla seed exposed to 2.5% and 5.0% EMS had substantially lower germination percentages. H. paniculata seed germinatio...
متن کاملGlobal Transcriptome Analysis Reveals Distinct Aluminum-Tolerance Pathways in the Al-Accumulating Species Hydrangea macrophylla and Marker Identification.
Hydrangea (Hydrangea macrophylla) is a well known Al-accumulating plant, showing a high level of aluminum (Al) tolerance and accumulation. Although the physiological mechanisms for detoxification of Al and the roles of Al in blue hydrangea sepals have been reported, the molecular mechanisms of Al tolerance and accumulation are poorly understood in hydrangea. In this study, we conducted a genome...
